We ship to over 150 countries worldwide and offer free regular shipping. Our orders are shipped from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Most of the items are made-to-order and can take anywhere between 1 and 3 days to craft. Some items are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship upon purchase.

Note: Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Note: Due to a customs clearance backlog, delivery time to Canada can be longer than specified. Order tracking in Canada is also limited, and we can only see the delivery fact. If you select the express shipping option, additional duties/fees will apply upon delivery.

Note: Please be aware that by choosing express shipping you may be subject to handling fees, duties, and taxes as your order passes through customs clearance.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Item is ready to ship in 1 - 2 working days.

✦ US: 6-12 business days after it will be produced. 
✦ Canada: 2-4 weeks after it will be produced.
✦ Australia: 2-4 weeks after it will be produced.
✦ Europe: 7 -14 business days after it will be produced.

Please, let us know if you've got a deadline, or are in a sort of rush, we'll do our best to make it come in time, if possible.

International taxes (outside the EU)
Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
