Custom and personalized orders

If you want to personalized your order , you can add a note upon purchase of what you would like and I will contact you to confirm your requested additions.

All custom made products are non refundable.

When will my order be shipped?

The moment I receive the payment receipt all purchased items will be manufactured in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and then sent to you.

Will I be notified once my order has been dispatched?

You will recieve an email with your tracking number as soon as your items been despatched.

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind I try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, I cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
